In the mid 50's
our founders, an Italian immigrant couple, set in the suburbs of
a city called Rosario, in the province of Santa Fe, Argentina. Due
to the regular and hard work, with less time for a rest, but without
giving up dreaming, this couple was slowly achieving the commercial
development that would end up in our prosperous present time.
Nowadays, the
company is in the hands of one of the founders' son, who followed
his laborious parents' tradition, leading this 'giant' through the
constant growing.

Location
Our Head Office is in Circunvalación Avenue, Rosario (1810 bis 25
de Mayo Avenue) in the heart of a highly commercial area, fluent
traffic which is going to expand and grow geometrically when the
bridge joins Rosario with Victoria, in Entre Rios. This bridge is,
together with our access road, one of the most important commercial
axis of the Mercosur, joining the cities of Santiago de Chile, Mendoza,
Córdoba, Rosario, Montevideo, and the south of Brazil.
Administration
With the latest generation computer systems and professional staff,
the central administration of our shops is in our Head Office.
Human Resources
This department develops, among other inherent activities, the personnel
training programmes, with courses led by university professionals
from our staff as well as from special guests, and permanent updatings
in accountancy matters, and others. At the same time, the recruiting
and development of our staff is carried out by a specialized service,

Attention to suppliers
Done only through this place. In order to make it faster, daily
numbers are given and there is attention throughout the working
day.
Purchasing Mechanisms
The Operations are carried out personally, even the imports (dealt
with by our foreign Trade specialized agents, of Argentina or any
country where the product is incorporated.) The purchases are processed
through the computer system for its registration and control that
starts with the purchasing order and its treatment in the other
departments: reception and goods, accountancy, payment entrances,
etc. Some negotiations are settled through the e-mail or the telemarketing,
due to the lack of time and distance reasons.

Wholesale
Supermarkets
Our chain of supermarkets has three shops, based in the city of Rosario
(Santa Fe), strategically located for the customers' geographic distribution
and the neighbouring towns.
Boulevard Avellaneda 441: The first shop was opened in the
center. It supplies a great number of shops near the area. Its accesibility
is manifested in the fact that it is precisely in the center of the
city, equidistant from all the roads.
The second shop, Avenida Circunvalación 1810 Bis,
is in the north
of the city, over the Circunvalación Avenue, an artery of traffic
from and to the compass points. It is based in an area of great commercial
movement, of quick and fast access, it is the head office of our Distribution
Centre and the biggest of all the Supermarkets.
The third shop, Avenida Arijón 565, is in the south
of the city and, since it is the most modern one, it was built with
advanced designs, with more light, inner spaces and storages. Equipped

| We
are a Service Enterprise. We give our best through our chain of Wholesale
Supermarkets and an exclusive Distribution System of eatable products,
drinks, snacks, cleanness, fragrances, bazaar, hardware, and other
types. |
In
the three shops, we have an exclusive system of sales through small
packs with prepackaged goods, thus allowing the customer to take a
wider variety with a minimum investment.
This method has resulted absolutely successful, and it has generated
by itself a huge preferency from the small shop assistants, increasing
our customers' offer, with the consequent increasing in our bill.

In our organization
logistics plays a leading role, from the reception of the goods,
going through a proper storage, until it is delivered to the customer.
Our Intelligent Distribution Centre covers a covered area of 10.000
m2 divided in stock and picking areas.
The goods are received and classified according to their main characteristics
(presentation, weight, volume, expiration date, etc.)so as to set
the proper place to store them within the 11.000 shelf positions.
The products are identified with bar codes through a net that covers
the whole store with radio frequency technology to spot its location.

The stock area
has been recently remodelled, with shelves and using the whole height
of the store. Thus, the lifts have to be updated with reach staker
units of narrow paths and an elevation height of 10m.

Thirteen docks
of loading that allow the simultaneous loading of other trucks in
turn, lead the area reserved for picking, within which a cold-storage
room with more reduced dimensions than the main ones, guarantees
the continuity of the cold line until the moment of the loading
inside the transport. Practical loaders direct the fitting up inside
each truck so as to assure the proper treatment of the goods, food,
as well as other kinds of products. Within the delivery systems
we couldn't leave aside our delivery vehicles fleet, 0 km since
the year 2000 up to the present time, which were equipped with thermic
vans and the latest cold-equipments. In a number of units we guarantee
the delivery on time and way, to any of the different points of
the huge area we cover.
